I barely notice! Look carefully at their second attack, it looks like
Chespin is a grass/dark type,
Fennikin is a fire/physic type, and
Froakie is a water/fighting type!

you know, I was just talking to Brett this morning about how cool it would be if they did grass/dark, fire/psychic, water/fighting so you would get the rock-paper-scissors thing working two ways.
Man, if only if only. Come to me, unusual typings that are anything but fire/fighting.

And then it occurred to me it’s probably here to be dismantled with the other planes in the field, and I was sad. :(
